A collection of never-before-seen photos of Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe are going up for auction.

Celebrity auctioneer Darren Julien says over 100 photos of Monroe will be sold to the highest bidders later this month.

The photographs come from the estate of Allan “Whitey” Snyder, Monroe’s personal makeup artist for 15 years. One image shows Snyder applying makeup to a lingerie-wearing Monroe on the set of “Let’s Make Love” in 1960.

According to the Associated Press, letters, telegrams and a money clip from Monroe to Snyder are also among the lots set to be sold during Julien’s Auctions’ Hollywood Legends sale on March 31 and April 1. The auction also includes memorabilia from Frank Sinatra, James Dean, Charlie Chaplin and Sammy Davis, Jr.

That’s gonna be one happy auction winner. What a treasure!

Linsanity

Lindsay Lohan may soon be taking her name back –Linsanity–cause she’s back at it again.  But let’s hope not, and give her the benefit of the doubt–she’s been doing so well lately.  HOWEVER…

Last night Lindsay was stopped by the cops over an alleged HIT-AND-RUN outside a Hollywood nightclub. The Mean Girls actress was accused of accidentally STRIKING THE MANAGER of the Hookah Lounge with her Porsche before driving away from the scene. Yikes!

And now, according to Tmz.com, the unnamed manager initially told police he didn’t require medical attention, but has since checked into a hospital emergency room. It’s also reported he is set to press charges against Lindsay–and we all know what that means–CACHING!

It is not known if an official complaint has been lodged.

Oh not again Lindsay.  We’ll keep you posted.

Friends alum Jennifer Aniston will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce plans to honor the former Friends actress with a star located in front of the W Hollywood Hotel at the corner of Hollywood and Vine.

For her ten-season stint on Friends, Aniston received five Emmy nominations, two SAG Award nominations, two Golden Globe nominations, an Emmy (2002) and a Golden Globe (2003) for Lead Actress in a Comedy, and five People’s Choice Awards. Subsequently, the actress transitioned into feature roles with films including Rumor Has It, The Break-Up, Friends With Money and Marley and Me.

Aniston will next be seen in Wanderlust, directed by David Wain and released by Universal Pictures.
