Terminator 3 actor Nick Stahl‘s wife Rose reported him missing on May 9th but a source who saw the actor a day after she saw him last expressed confidence that Stahl wasn’t gone for good.

“He does this sometimes,” the eyewitness exclusively tells E! News. “He’ll be back.”

So, where did this “insider” last see the Terminator: Rise of the Machines star?

Two sources tells E! News that Stahl was wearing a white T-shirt and tan pants and was spotted carrying boxes outside a West Hollywood apartment complex on May 10, the day after the actor’s estranged wife says she last saw him.

The person Stahl talked to at the complex would not comment on his visitor’s mindset at the time, but says that the 32-year-old father took off last Friday or Saturday.

We’re almost positive that “heel be bock!“

Former Lost star Matthew Fox was arrested in central Oregon over the weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

The 45-year-old actor was arrested around 3:30am on Friday in Deschutes County. He was released around 4:10 a.m. and must appear in court on June 7.

Fox reportedly had a passenger in the car and was on his way to a fast food restaurant when he was pulled over and arrested.

Actor Ben Kingsley is currently in talks to play a villain in Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Kingsely won’t play the main villain, according to insiders, and it’s also not clear what role he will play.

However, insiders are saying that Kinglsey may play  the classic Iron Man villain, the Mandarin, and director Jon Favreau more than suggested that he wanted the character to get his moment in the sun. Favreau is not directing the new movie but will be executive producing.

The Iron Man 3 script is still being written but the character might be reconfigured for silver-screen presentation. The Mandarin’s classic traits might be merged with a nanotechnological virus seen in a storyline titled “Extremis,” sources have said.

Shane Black is helming the flick for the third installment of the popular Marvel Studios franchise, which will see Robert Downey Jr. reprise his role of wealthy industrialist-turned-Armored Avenger Tony Stark.

Kingsley, most recently seen in Hugo, next appears in The Dictator opposite Sacha Baron Cohen.

Jason George (Castle, Desperate Housewives) has joined the cast of the American version of popular UK series Mistresses.

The soap, written by KJ Steinberg, is based on the British format. It centers on four women, April (Rochelle Aytes), Josslyn (Jes Macallan), Katie (Yunjin Kim) and Josslyn’s older sister Sarah (Alyssa Milano), chronicling their sometimes scandalous romantic lives. George will play the handsome Dominic, who works in the same law office with Sarah and eventually has an affair with her.

George can be currently seen on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy.  Double duty!
